We are seeking a tech-savvy and highly communicative CRM Specialist to own and optimize customer relationship management ecosystems. You will be responsible for the administration, customization, and strategic deployment of our CRM platforms, ensuring they effectively support sales, marketing, and customer retention initiatives.
You will leverage your expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, and Zoho CRM to build automated workflows, manage data integrity, and provide actionable insights that drive business growth . Your excellent communication skills will be vital as you act as the bridge between technical capabilities and business needs, training team members and collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Administration & Strategy
Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the company's CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, and/or GHL), ensuring they align with business processes and objectives .
Oversee CRM data governance, including data standards, deduplication, integrity audits, and user access rights .
Segment customer databases for targeted marketing and sales activities, designing strategies to retain existing customers and expand brand value .
Manage and maintain effective sales funnels and deal pipelines within the CRM .
Automation & Workflow Optimization
Develop, manage, and optimize complex workflow rules, automation sequences (email/SMS), and approval processes to streamline lead nurturing and customer engagement .
Build and maintain integrations between the CRM and other business tools (e.g., email marketing, payment processors, advertising platforms) to create a seamless tech stack .
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze CRM data to provide insights into customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and sales performance .
Create and manage dashboards and reports for leadership and team stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making .
Monitor key engagement metrics and initiate data-driven optimizations .
Collaboration & Training
Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all CRM-related queries, providing user support, training, and documentation .
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions .
Proactively troubleshoot software errors and user issues to ensure system efficiency .
