Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - Remote

Requirement:-Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Experience: 2- 10 Years

Location: Remote

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, payroll, and absence management.

Required Skills:-

-Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud

-8+ years of HCM configuration experience

-Hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience

-Expertise in Global HR, Absence Management, Payroll (UK & US)

-Experience conducting client workshops and training sessions

-Worked on UAT, payroll runs, and production support

-Strong experience in functional documentation and fit-gap analysis

-Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud

2 -10  years of HCM configuration experience

-Hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience

-Knowledge / Expertise in Global HR, Absence Management, Payroll (UK & US & UAE )

-Experience conducting client workshops and training sessions

-Worked on UAT, payroll runs, and production support

-Strong experience in functional documentation and fit-gap analysis

Should be willing to work in UK / US timings
